Consistently great meat

This was my third time ordering from LeJean. I got the Picanha and some Iberico varkensvlees this time. Just like my previous orders, the quality was top-notch. The Picanha cooked up beautifully, very tender and flavorful. I've always been happy with their packaging and how well the meat arrives frozen or chilled. It's why I keep coming back, I know what to expect and they've always delivered. Good to see they're keeping up the standards.

Good quality, delivery could be faster

I ordered the Ribeye Steak Black Angus AUS and some Biologische Kipfilet Polderhoen for a dinner party. The quality of the meat was excellent, really noticeable difference from grocery store stuff. Everyone enjoyed it. Delivery took about 4 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long, especially for meat. The packaging was good though, everything arrived well-chilled. I wish there were more flexible delivery options or a slightly quicker standard shipping, even if it cost a little extra. Overall, happy with the purchase, but planning ahead is key.

Detailed review of my first order

I decided to try LeJean after hearing good things about their quality. I placed an order for the Flat Iron Steak and a couple of packs of Biologische kipdijfilet. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, easy to navigate. I selected a delivery slot, and it arrived exactly when they said it would, which was great. The meat was delivered in a sturdy, insulated box with plenty of cooling elements, everything was still perfectly cold. The Flat Iron Steak was very tender and had excellent marbling; it grilled beautifully. The chicken thighs were also high quality, no weird bits, just good, solid meat. I had a quick question about storage, and customer support replied to my email within a few hours, which was helpful. My only minor feedback is that tracking updates could be a bit more detailed once the package is en route. Overall, a very positive first experience, I'm already looking at what to order next.

Pretty decent pulled pork

So I got the Pulled Pork vlees to try out for a weekend BBQ. It came well-packaged and was easy enough to prepare. The taste was pretty good, not too fatty, and it shredded nicely. It wasn't the absolute best pulled pork I've ever had, but for an online order, it was definitely solid. Made some good sandwiches, and the family liked it. Might get it again sometime.

Amazing Hertenbiefstuk!

Wow, I tried the Hertenbiefstuk from LeJean and it was absolutely fantastic! The flavor was so rich and it was incredibly tender. It cooked up perfectly and everyone at dinner was asking where I got it. I'm definitely going to order from them again soon, maybe try the Wagyu A5 next. You guys have to try this place, seriously! Best game meat I've had in ages.
